Here's what worked for me: With printer On, open the ink compartment. After the ink holder slides to the left unplug the printer. Using a flash light (torch), look to the right, I found a small rectangular piece of plastic covered in ink just sitting there. There was a slot about the same length, so I popped it in with tweezers (twiter). Then I plugged the printer back in and wah lah, it's working great now!
