hp CP1515n colour laser printer set up on our office network however only one person is using it at the moment.
The user often complains that the printer is "going slow", with documents failing to print and the printer getting stuck in a state where the screen just says "Canceling print" and not doing anything. The document being printed remains in the print queue on the PC in use but just stays in the "Printing" state - no errors.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

And it will continue to do the same thing. You have to press both buttons at the same time when all the lights are on solid and most likely the light pattern will change. Report back the light pattern with both buttons pressed as that will tell us what is wrong. When you release the button the 3 lights will come back on solid again. Most common the top light will go out which would indicate a fuser problem and it will need to be replaced. Second most common is the light next to the big button will go out. If that is the case the laser/scanner motor has an issue so report back because that you can fix yourself.
