alright, i did an NVRAM reset, i did a cold reset, the Jetdirect card is out of the printer...i disconnected all wires on the DC Engine board, and let it sit that way for an hour...i replaced the FIRMWARE ROM with a good chip. Usually i get this exact message: DOWNLD FILE NOW. sometimes, i'll get a 49.2402 error.
What do i need to clear this error? i'm guessing a formatter board.

苏州hp售后维修站 互动 2010-7-18 19:12:30 The manual indicates to replace the power supply first, then the dc controller and last the formatter. My assumption is you do not have an eio hard disk. If you do remove it. Wish I could give you the exact part, but I have never come accross you situation.
