Canon MP160 like 3 months ago....when I installed all the software The printer worked and it copied but the scanner didn't want to retrieve or even preview a scanned document....When you request a scan, Everything lights up and u hear the scanner doing the scan but then at the end of the scan it displays a msg on-screen saying that the scanner cant comunicat with the PC....why cant it communicate with the PC if it prints fine with no problems.....I took the printer back to the retailer and they exchanged it for me......So I installed all the software from new and everything worked as it should for a month or so....and now it's giving me the exact same problem as the first Printer.....everything works exept the scanner...also sometimes it shows a error code:2,155,0
Please help someone....and plz give me a simple solution exept to take it back for a refund...
