I tried all 3 places listed in the user manual to locate the jammed paper...namely, paper tray,
rear cover and top cover.
The paper is not visible from any of those 3 places. My kid tried to print on a sheet of school looseleaf paper. The size is somewhat smaller than 8.5 x 11. The machine has eaten the page!
At first, any other attempts at printing were blocked. Now I can print -- weird -- but that sheet
of looseleaf is still somewhere in the machine. I know sooner or later it's going to be a big problem.
Can anyone tell me how to open other areas of the printer to find the paper? It's thin and small-ish and was never intended to be used in a machine like this.
I'm afraid I'll ruin the printer if I go opening places I don't really know how to open! All help is much appreciated!! Thanks in advance.
