Hi, I'm a technician and I was working on a 4345mfp. The printer displays a 13.20 paperjam error message and I looked around the paper feed area and no paper appeared to be visible. Could it be a sensor issue? If so which sensor could it be? Thanks for your help.

 If the message is there when you turn on the mfp, then do a search of this site for the same error on the 4200/4300 series. The print engine is the same. There is a sensor flag behind the right side which sometimes gets stuck. If you can use a heavy folder, try to push it up the paper path to free the stuck flag. I have not encountered this on the 4345 but have had many on the 42/4300 series so I guess it is possible. It has been my experience that sensors rarely go bad, but the flags which activate them cause most of the issues.
